How is a person counted if they're on several teams?+
As one seat. A person is a single identity in your organization. They can belong to many teams, each with its own manager, cycle and plan, but they only count once against your plan limit.
Why don't development goals affect the score?+
Because growth and performance are different conversations. Only business objectives carry weight and sum to 100%, defining the score. Development goals are followed with progress and 1:1s, supported, but never graded.
Are private 1:1 notes ever visible to others?+
No. Private notes live in the author's own partition, separate from shared agendas. They never surface in another person's view or in any aggregate report.
Do I need to use the AI features?+
No. The coach, summaries, agendas and evaluation drafts are accelerators. The platform works fully without them. Your data is never used to train models.
Can I change plans as my team grows?+
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and seats are prorated. When you hit a limit, an admin can lift it in a click, no data migration, no downtime.
