Why we built Vogata

In a startup, a founder learns to build the product. Then they have to teach it to people, lead, give feedback, grow a team, often with no HR, no playbook and almost no time. The tools that exist are built for HR departments: heavy, slow, full of ceremony. So most teams use nothing, and growth gets improvised. We thought it should be the opposite: light, opinionated, and built for the manager, not the process.
